New Bern Churches Revistied

When we first moved here (1989) I was working primarily in ink (still do some)  and I drew all the historic churches in our downtown.

I later added color to those drawings. This year I've been redoing all of them. Some people think painting local scenes is trite. Well it's what I love to do!

Paint architecture.

Our town is so beautiful I see something new to paint every day.

  1. Painting beautiful historical churches could never be trite. We're so blessed that they have survived fires, wars, tornadoes and hurricanes. I hope you continue to paint them with the passion they deserve!
